This role requires strong technical expertise, effective communication skills, and a high level of adaptability, with frequent travel to customer sites.Main ResponsibilitiesPerform installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of pumping systems and related mechanical equipment.Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and headquarters to ensure smooth execution of service activities.Prepare detailed and accurate service reports for internal use and communication with headquarters and international clients.Provide on-site technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety procedures, and company guidelines.Travel to customer locations as required to support service operations. Technical RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.Proven hands-on experience as a maintenance or service engineer, preferably in pumps and mechanical systems.Ability to read and interpret technical documentation, including mechanical drawings, P&IDs, and IOM manuals.Fluency in English (both written and spoken) for effective communication with foreign customers.Soft SkillsAccuracy, methodical approach, and attention to detail.Organizational and prioritization skills.Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams.Flexibility and results-oriented mindset.Open-mindedness and collaborative mindset.
