Finance and Collections Executive

Role SummaryWe are seeking a hands-on Finance cum Collection Executive to manage day-to-day accounting transactions alongside field-based collection and banking activities. The role suits someone early-to-mid in their finance career who is eager to be developed into higher responsibilities such as monthly closing and MIS reporting over time.Key ResponsibilitiesRecord all accounting transactions accurately, maintain the books, and ensure ledgers are reconciled.Handle accounts receivable and payable, including follow-up on outstandings.Visit clients, banks, and other locations to collect cheques, deposit cash/cheques, and complete banking formalities.Perform regular bank reconciliations and petty cash management.Support VAT and withholding tax filings and compliance with Egyptian Tax Authority (ETA) requirements.Assist with month-end closing activities and MIS reporting.Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting Major3 years of experience in accounting and bookkeepingWorking knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.A valid driver's licence and own car, with willingness to travel locally for collections and banking.Strong attention to detail, integrity in handling cash and cheques, and good follow-up skills.
