Finance Director (Chinese Speaker)

We are heading to extend our operating footprints in the major markets to best serve the local customer needs, and aspiring to become the leader of local market.Job Responsibilities:Take overall charge of financial strategic planning and day-to-day financial management for Egypt manufacturing plant and sales business, manage and empower the local finance team.Lead the formulation of regional operating budgets for Egypt, establish and continuously improve the regional business analysis framework, and drive the execution of business analysis activities.Exercise strict control over financial compliance, ensuring all corporate accounting and tax treatments comply with local Egyptian legislations and accounting standards.Develop financial accounting models and provide professional financial advice to support the company’s major strategic decisions.Serve as the liaison between China headquarters and external local stakeholders in Egypt including tax authorities, banks and audit firms, and sustain sound cooperative relationships.Establish and optimize financial management systems and workflows covering Egypt’s manufacturing plant and sales segments, mitigate financial risks and improve overall financial operational efficiency.Qualifications:Language Proficiency: Fluent verbal and written communication in Mandarin; candidates with outstanding English proficiency will be prioritized.Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines; professional finance/accounting certifications and senior-level financial management experience are preferred.A minimum of 5 years of financial management experience in large-scale enterprises; in-depth expertise in Egypt’s local fiscal and tax policies, tax filing procedures and foreign exchange regulatory rules, capable of independently handling all tax compliance matters.Strong sense of principles, meticulous and rigorous working style; outstanding cross-cultural communication skills and ability to work under pressure.Sounds appealing to you?
