Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to support business objectives.Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity requirements.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.Manage the preparation of statutory financial reports and coordinate external audits.Analyze financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and treasury activities.Establish and maintain effective internal controls and risk management practices.Support senior management with financial analysis, investment evaluations, and strategic planning.Supervise and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.Coordinate with banks, auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.Professional certification such as CPA, CMA, ACCA, or equivalent is preferred.Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, taxation, and financial reportingMinimum 10 years of experience in finance and accounting functions.At least 3–5 years in a managerial or leadership role.Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or corporate environments is an advantage.
