About the RoleA leading regional events company is seeking an experienced Finance Manager – Shared Services based in Cairo (Heliopolis area) to oversee operational finance activities supporting UAE and KSA operations. The role will lead the shared services finance team, ensure strong financial controls, and support project margin management across the business.Key Responsibilities Manage the month-end and year-end financial closing processSupervise AR, AP, and treasury functions within the shared services teamMonitor project margins and budget performanceEnsure accurate VAT reconciliation for UAE and KSA entitiesMaintain strong internal financial controls and compliance proceduresOversee Odoo financial workflows and system accuracyGenerate financial reports and support management decision-makingCoordinate with external auditors and advisors when requiredEnforce approval work flows and internal controls within the organization with ERP Experience for immediate hireBachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance7+ years of finance experience, preferably in a multi-entity environmentPrior experience managing finance operations or shared services teamsStrong experience with ERP systems (Odoo or similar preferred)Advanced Excel and financial reporting skillsExposure to GCC taxes system and financial regulations is preferredHolding Finance Manager position for at least 2 yearsExcellent command of English language
