Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the company’s business objectives.Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and performance metrics.Manage project-based financials, especially for real estate developments and investments.Monitor costs, revenues, and profitability across real estate projects.Ensure compliance with local financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities.Lead and manage the finance team, ensuring high performance and continuous development.Support senior management with financial insights for strategic planning and decision-making.Establish and improve financial systems, policies, and internal controls. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or CMA/CPA is a plus).Minimum of 10–15 years of experience in finance, with mandatory experience in the real estate sector.Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.Solid understanding of real estate financial models and project financing.Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.Experience in real estate development companies.Knowledge of investment analysis and feasibility studies.Familiarity with Egyptian tax regulations and financial laws.
