????New CairoKey Responsibilities:-Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, reporting, cash flow management, and audits.-Lead and manage accounting teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness of financial records.-Prepare and review monthly and annual financial statements.-Provide financial insights and support strategic planning for senior management.-Ensure compliance with financial regulations, internal controls, and company policies.-Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying risks and opportunities.-Implement and optimize ERP systems for financial processes.Requirements:-Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; CMA/CPA certification preferred.-8–12 years of progressive experience in finance, including 2 years in managerial roles-F&B, Manufacturing, Retail industries are preferred-Strong expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting.-Systematic user-Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and strategic planning skills.
