Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage comprehensive project budgets and cash flow projections, ensuring alignment with project scope, timelines, and resource allocationOversee and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, cost savings, and potential revenue enhancementsPrepare accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and project financial performance reportsManage and monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely collection of receivables, prompt payment of payables, and adherence to credit policiesProvide financial guidance and support to project managers, senior management, and other departmentsConduct regular financial audits and reviews to identify potential risks, ensure financial integrity, and maintain complianceMonitor and analyze project costs throughout the project lifecycle, identifying variances from budgets and implementing corrective actionsConduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making, including project feasibility studies, investment evaluations, and financing optionsOversee the financial aspects of contract negotiations and ensure compliance with contractual termsContribute to the development and implementation of financial control systems and risk management strategiesMentor and train junior finance staff, fostering their professional development and contributing to a strong finance teamStay updated on industry trends, accounting standards, and construction-specific financial regulationsLead the automation & implementation process to install new ERP system ( ex: Odoo ) Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field+15 years experience (with 5+ years of experience in financial management preferably in construction industry) ensure compliance with local regulations (ZATCA), manage tax/VAT, and analyze project profitability to support senior leadership ( For KSA subsidiaries ) Familiarity with construction project management processes and terminology in Egypt & Saudi Arabia Experience with financial modeling and analysis toolsProven expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingStrong understanding of accounting principles, practices, and standardsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyA team player with the ability to motivate and lead others
