The role supports decision-making through financial insights and FP&A, while collaborating closely with Finance Shared Services within Global Solutions.ROLE PROFILELead cost control and financial reporting, escalating risks and ensuring alignment with budgets.Monitor and manage all project and operational costs, including labor, AP, p-cards, and petty cash.Oversee month-end closing, reconciliations, accruals, and accurate SAP accounting entries.Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning with actionable FP&A insights.Partner with business leaders on financial models, resource planning, and revenue performance analysis.Collaborate with Finance Shared Services to ensure reporting accuracy, compliance, and SAP process improvements.Manage asset register, cost variance analysis, production cash flow projections, and T&E compliance.Lead audit preparation, strengthen internal controls, and drive process improvement and automation initiatives.Requirements7-10 years of experience in financial management, audit support, internal controls, and process improvement within complex organizations.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred).Lead audit preparation and ensure timely, accurate responses to auditor requirements.Strengthen and monitor internal controls to ensure compliance and financial governance.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.Drive automation initiatives to streamline financial reporting and operational workflows.
