Finance Manager – Paper & Tissue Industry

Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.Analyze financial performance and provide insights to senior management.Monitor key financial KPIs and variances against budgets.Develop and monitor standard costing for paper/tissue production.Analyze production costs (raw materials, chemicals, utilities, labor).Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements.Monitor waste, yield, and operational efficiency metrics.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Monitor inventory valuation (raw materials, WIP, finished goods).Manage cash flow, receivables, and payables.Ensure compliance with local tax laws and financial regulations.Coordinate with external and internal auditors.Maintain strong internal controls and financial policies.Support pricing strategies and profitability analysis.Provide financial insights for strategic decisions and investments. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.Professional certification (CMA, CPA, ACCA) is preferred.Experience in the paper, tissue, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management.
