Role PurposeTo lead the Finance function in Cairo, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. The role is responsible for managing financial operations, optimizing cost structures, and supporting business decision-making across departments.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Management & ReportingOversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards. Manage closing cycles and ensure timely reporting to CFO and leadership. Monitor project profitability and department-level P&L performance. 2. Budgeting & Cost ControlLead annual budgeting process (Revenue & Expenses). Ensure alignment between revenue and expense planning. Monitor departmental spending vs budget. Identify and implement cost optimization initiatives. 3. Financial Controls & ComplianceEstablish and enforce internal financial controls. Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations. Manage internal and external audits. Identify and mitigate financial risks. 4. Cash Flow & Working Capital ManagementManage cash flow, liquidity, and funding requirements. Monitor receivables and collections performance. Ensure strong working capital discipline. 5. Business PartneringAct as finance partner to HODs and Project Managers. Support departments transitioning into profit centers. Provide financial insights to improve operational decisions. Support pricing, bids, and commercial evaluations. 6. Team LeadershipLead and manage the finance team, including FPA role. Ensure high performance, accountability, and continuous development. Drive a culture of financial discipline and ownership. EducationBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Professional certification preferred (CPA, CMA, ACCA) Experience12–18 years of experience in finance within A&E, construction, or project-based environments Strong experience in project financial management GCC exposure is a strong advantage
