Job Title: Finance Operations Excellence ManagerJob Purpose: Lead the design, implementation, governance, and continuous improvement of the Finance Operations Excellence framework across the E&C Sector. Ensure financial controls, standardized finance processes, compliance with approved policies, and the successful deployment of finance transformation and digitization initiatives that enhance efficiency, transparency, and reporting integrity across all Business Units. Accountabilities: 1. Financial Governance & Control FrameworkDesign, maintain, and continuously enhance the Sector-wide financial governance framework.Establish and enforce finance policies, procedures, standards, and control requirements.Ensure consistency of financial practices across Business Units and Joint Ventures.Maintain governance documentation, authority matrices, and finance operating procedures.Lead periodic reviews of financial controls and governance effectiveness.Drive adherence to corporate finance requirements and regulatory obligations.2. Internal Financial ControlsMonitor effectiveness of preventive, and corrective financial controls.Conduct periodic control assessments and identify control gaps.Recommend corrective actions and track closure of control deficiencies.Coordinate finance-related internal and external audit requirements.Ensure appropriate segregation of duties and financial approval workflows.Support fraud prevention initiatives and financial risk mitigation activities.3. Compliance Monitoring & AssuranceConduct governance reviews across Business Units and Joint Ventures.Establish compliance scorecards and monitoring mechanisms.Track non-compliance observations and ensure timely corrective actions.Prepare governance and compliance reports for CFO and executive leadership.Manage escalation of significant compliance breaches and financial control risks.4. Finance Process ExcellenceLead finance process mapping, redesign, and optimization initiatives.Establish finance process performance metrics and service standards.Promote best practices and continuous improvement culture within finance functions.Benchmark finance operations against industry standards and leading practices.5.
