Cloudors is a fast-growing technology and Oracle Cloud consulting firm operating across Egypt and the Gulf.We're looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to own the company's entire operating backbone — finance, administration, compliance, and operations: everything that keeps the company running that isn't sales, technology, or customer success.You'll lead a small team today and grow the function as we scale. This is a force-multiplier role, partnering directly with leadership — ideal for someone who would rather build and automate a function than simply inherit one.In this role, you'll:Own the full accounting cycle and month-end close; review the team's work and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting.Own treasury — cash flow, bank balances, and payments — within clearly defined approval controls.Own the compliance calendar — ensure all tax and statutory obligations are met on time across our group entities.Own government, legal, and administrative processes — company registrations and work-visa/residency coordination across Egypt and KSA — with local agents.Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, procurement, and vendor relationships.Oversee office and facilities operations and the safekeeping of company assets and access.Oversee people operations alongside the team — payroll, onboarding/offboarding, and employee insurance administration.Build and document scalable processes, controls, and SOPs, and drive automation of routine work using modern ERP and AI-enabled tools.Manage and mentor the finance and administration team.Set the operating cadence and act as a trusted partner and force multiplier to leadership, providing accurate, decision-ready information.What we're looking for:6+ years in finance and/or operations, including owning a function and/or managing a team.BSc in Accounting or Finance; a professional qualification (CMA/CPA/ACCA) is a plus.Strong command of Egyptian tax and statutory compliance; Gulf/KSA exposure is a strong plus.A true generalist who moves comfortably between finance, administration, operations, and people.A proven process-builder and self-starter, with high integrity and discretion.Tech-forward, with a genuine automation mindset.Fluent in English and Arabic.Nice to have: multi-entity / multi-jurisdiction (Egypt + KSA) experience ·Oracle or other cloud ERP · a track record of scaling or automating a back-office function ·experience building or managing a people/HR function.How to Apply:Send your CV to (vacancy@thecloudors.com) with subject line: Finance & Operations Manager
