Job Summary: Drive finance input and oversight for strategic, cross-functional projects, ensuring financial perspectives are embedded in business decisions. Partner with the CFO to translate complex business discussions into actionable financial insights and guide decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Lead and coordinate finance contributions to major initiatives (new business models, systems/process changes, investments, cost optimization), managing timelines, deliverables, and decision points. Develop and maintain advanced financial models and decision-support tools for revenues, margins, cash flow, and project economics. Deliver high-quality management reporting, dashboards, and executive summaries highlighting risks, opportunities, and trade-offs. Provide finance business partnering to Commercial, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and other functions, ensuring financial discipline and challenging assumptions. Facilitate clear communication and alignment between finance and non-finance stakeholders. Support continuous improvement and automation of finance processes, tools, and reporting. Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance; CMA, CPA, or ACCA preferred. 5–8 years in FP&A or related finance roles, ideally in distribution, FMCG, pharmaceutical, or manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, working capital, and business drivers. Knowledge of distribution models, trade economics, pricing, margins, and supply chain costs. Advanced Excel, ERP, and BI tool proficiency; expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and scenario analysis. Excellent English communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. High attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple projects under pressure. Proactive, results-oriented, and able to drive initiatives in cross-functional teams.
