Manage daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliationsOversee inventory accounting with a focus on gold, diamonds, and finished jewelry productsMonitor stock movement, costing, and valuation (weight-based and price-based tracking)Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reportsEnsure accurate recording of purchase, sales, and manufacturing transactions within OdooHandle cost accounting, including making charges, wastage, and production costsPerform financial analysis to support business decisions and profitability trackingEnsure compliance with Egyptian tax regulations (VAT, income tax, etc.)Coordinate with auditors and support audit processesOptimize and maintain financial workflows within the Odoo systemIdentify inefficiencies and propose process improvementsWorking hours: 12:30 pm to 10:00 pmOne day off a week Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMust have experience in the Jewelry business (gold and diamond). Strong hands-on experience with Odoo ERP system is preferredSolid understanding of:Gold and diamond inventory accountingWeight-based costing and valuationJewelry retail and/or manufacturing financial processesProficiency in financial reporting and ExcelStrong analytical skills and attention to detailKnowledge of Egyptian tax laws and compliance requirementsAbility to work independently and handle sensitive financial data with integrity
