Oversee the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Lead the financial closing process to ensure strict adherence to deadlines. Establish and maintain robust internal control systems and financial policies. Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies. Coordinate and manage all internal and external audit requirements. Monitor cost control processes and analyze budget variances. Support budgeting and forecasting in coordination with FP&A. Review reconciliations, journal entries, and all financial transactions. Provide financial insights and reporting to senior management for decision-making. Identify financial risks and implement effective mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with safe office and records management practices. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce. 12 years of experience in finance/accounting within the industrial sector is a Must. Strong knowledge of IFRS and Egyptian Accounting Standards. Proven experience in financial reporting, general ledger, and closing cycles. Strong background in internal controls, audits, and compliance. Proficiency in major ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics AX, or similar). High attention to detail with a strong analytical mindset. Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
