To achieve this, we are looking for an exceptional financial expert to join our teamFinancial Data Operations Lead (Senior Financial Analyst)What we are looking for: We need a heavyweight financial analyst/accountant who is deeply knowledgeable about complex, intricate financial statement line items. You should have a sharp eye that sees beyond the raw numbers and understand exactly which financial and sector-specific metrics matter most to a stock market investor making a critical decision.Key Responsibilities:Data Engineering & Quality Assurance: Oversee the verification of financial statements extracted via our AI/OCR systems, ensuring strict compliance with accounting standards before they reach our users.Sector-Specific Metrics Development: Build and design customized financial templates for different stock market sectors, defining the exact metrics that reflect the true performance of each industry (e.g., Banking, Real Estate, Petrochemicals, etc.).Automation & Process Optimization: Lead the data review team and act as the bridge with our Software Engineering Team to program smart accounting validation rules into the system, maximizing automation and scaling down manual input.Requirements & Specifications:Strong academic and professional background in Accounting or Finance.Previous experience within the Big 4 (PwC, EY, Deloitte, KPMG) in auditing, or as a Financial/Investment Analyst within Capital Markets.Deep understanding of and passion for the stock market (Tadawul) and investment metrics.Professional certifications such as CFA, SOCPA, or CPA (or currently pursuing them) are a major plus.A tech-forward mindset; someone who embraces digital solutions and loves translating complex accounting logic into automated software features.
