Financial Manager

Oversee and manage all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives and growth.Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards.Coordinate and lead the annual audit process, liaising with external auditors and regulatory bodies.Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.Ensure compliance with local, national, and international financial regulations and standards.Supervise and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Collaborate with other departments to support operational and strategic initiatives.Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity. 15-20 years of proven experience in financial management or a related field.Strong understanding of financial regulations, accounting principles, and reporting standards.Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis.Excellent organizational and analytical skills with keen attention to detail.Proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Office Suite plus ERP Systems especially.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an office environment.Experience in the manufacturing or trading sector is a plus.Commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.
