Role Description The Financial Manager with construction experience will oversee financial planning, management, and reporting for construction projects. Responsibilities include budgeting, cost analysis, financial risk management, cash flow forecasting, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company policies. The Financial Manager will collaborate with project managers to monitor project costs and suggest strategies for cost optimization. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. Qualifications Experience with budgeting, financial modeling, and cost control within the construction industryProficiency in financial planning and analysis, cash flow management, and accounting practicesStrong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirementsAdvanced proficiency in financial software and toolsStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent organizational and time management abilitiesEffective communication and leadership skills, with experience managing teamsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (CPA or CFA certification is a plus)Prior experience in financial management for construction projects is required
