Financial Planning and Analysis Assistant Manager

We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) | AFS EgyptAt Arab Financial Services Egypt, we are looking for a driven and business-oriented Assistant Manager – FP&A to join our Finance team.This role plays a key part in driving financial performance, supporting strategic decisions, and partnering with business leaders in a fast-growing fintech environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the preparation and analysis of monthly financial reports, KPIs, and performance dashboards Drive the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions Provide actionable financial insights to senior management and business stakeholders Act as a business partner to different functions, supporting them with financial guidance and performance tracking Analyze revenue drivers, cost structures, and profitability across products and segments Support month-end and year-end closing processes in coordination with the accounting team Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements Identify areas for cost optimization and efficiency improvement Contribute to automation and enhancement of reporting processes and tools Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field 5–7 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or similar roles Prior experience in fintech, payments, or financial services is highly preferredStrong experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting Proven ability to translate financial data into business insights Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus) Professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CFA, ACCA) are a plus Apply Now and send your CV to: careers.egypt@afs.com.bh – Mention the job title in the subject.
