About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Fintech Operations Specialist to join our Fintech Operations team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of our digital financial products across our branch network by monitoring performance, supporting branch teams, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and driving operational excellence.This position is ideal for candidates who enjoy data analysis, problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and improving customer and branch experiences through digital solutions.Key Responsibilities:Digital Performance MonitoringMonitor daily digital leads, product performance, and branch activity.Track lead assignment, call activities, conversion rates, and digital feature activation.Monitor the adoption and utilization of fintech products across branches.Identify performance gaps, operational issues, and improvement opportunities.Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support business decisions.Follow up on technical and operational issues until resolution.Branch Operations & Support-Serve as the primary operational support contact for branch teams regarding fintech products and digital processes.-Ensure newly onboarded branches complete required digital training and operational readiness activities.-Distribute operational guidelines, training materials, and product updates.-Promote consistent execution of fintech operational procedures across all branches.Cross-Functional Coordination-Escalate critical issues when necessary.-Performance Improvement-Assist branches in resolving operational challenges affecting digital products and lead conversion.-Conduct field visits when required to identify operational gaps and recommend improvements.Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.-1–3 years of experience in Operations, Fintech, Digital Banking, Business Operations, Customer Operations, or a similar role.-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.-Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.-Experience preparing reports and analyzing operational KPIs.-Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.-Understanding of digital financial products, digital onboarding, payment solutions, or financial operations.
