Job Summary:The Fintech Commercial Manager will support the Commercial Director in driving revenue growth, optimizing pricing strategies, and ensuring the commercial success of financial and tax advisory services. This role requires strong financial acumen, negotiation skills, and the ability to align commercial decisions with regulatory and ethical standards.Key Responsibilities:Support the Commercial Director in developing and executing commercial strategies aligned with company objectivesContribute to annual business planning, including revenue targets and growth initiativesDesign, implement, and manage pricing models for tax and financial advisory servicesReview financial proposals, engagement letters, and contracts to ensure profitability and competitivenessSupport negotiations with governmental entities and clients on fees, scope changes, and contract renewalsAct as a commercial escalation point for complex or high-value tax engagementsCollaborate with Finance to monitor billing, receivables, and financial forecastingEnsure all commercial decisions comply with professional ethics, regulatory requirements, and company policiesVerify that contract terms align with local tax regulations, professional standards, and internal governance frameworksQualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or professional certification is a plus)Proven experience in commercial management, financial consulting, or fintech environmentsStrong understanding of pricing strategies, financial modeling, and contract management.
