This role is dedicated to guiding the team to achieve shared commercial objectives, maximizing regional performance, and ensuring strict alignment with the company's strategic vision.A. Essential Duties and Responsibilities1. Strategic Business ManagementAssume full ownership of the assigned district to drive commercial success and market penetration.Cultivate and maintain sustainable, strategic partnerships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) within designated therapy areas.Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the competitive landscape, proactively sharing market intelligence with key stakeholders (e.g., Marketing and Key Account Teams).Expand the customer base by guiding Medical Representatives in building rapport, identifying opportunities, and elevating customer service standards.Ensure continuous professional development regarding disease states, product knowledge, and competitor updates.2. Team Leadership & DevelopmentMotivate and inspire the regional team to consistently achieve excellence, fostering a collaborative culture that celebrates success and recognizes high performers within Sakr Pharmaceuticals.Ensure the sales force comprehensively understands marketing strategies for our premium product lines and effectively communicates balanced, accurate product information.Drive succession planning by actively developing internal talent and maintaining a robust manpower supply.Collaborate closely with the HR division to identify top talent and implement effective regional retention plans.Assess team development needs utilizing comprehensive Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and the company's Performance Management System.Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship—both in the field and remotely—to maximize individual performance and achieve business goals.Effectively delegate tasks to expose, engage, and practically develop team members.3. Operational Excellence & Objective AchievementDevelop and execute comprehensive regional business plans aligned with overall corporate strategy and tactical objectives.Proactively identify under-performance and implement structured, time-bound performance improvement plans.Participate actively in the recruitment and staffing processes for the assigned region.Achieve operational objectives by providing accurate regional sales forecasts, information, and strategic recommendations.Ensure the optimal distribution of products across the district, including adequate stocking and comprehensive coverage of all distribution channels.Meet or exceed financial objectives by effectively forecasting requirements, managing the annual budget, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions when necessary.Execute trade promotions by meticulously tracking and evaluating trade spending.Monitor team activities via the CRM system, analyzing data to extract meaningful, actionable insights.B. Qualifications and ExperienceEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences (Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, or Science).Experience: Proven track record of success in a First Line Sales Management role within the pharmaceutical sector.
