Job code:New 2026OPER-134 Job Responsibilities:Coordinate and send communications to couriers (SMS / in-app)Act as a focal point between couriers, operations, and internal teamsIdentify recurring issues and contribute to improvement ideasFollow up on reported issues and support driving their closureSupport in running courier surveys (NPS / feedback collection)Analyze results and highlight key insights in a simple, structured wayOrganize focus groups and engagement activitiesAssist in preparing reports on courier feedback and experience trendsJob Qualifications:0–2 years of experience (Operations / Logistics / Customer Support is a plus)Strong communication skillsOrganized with strong follow-up skillsBasic to intermediate Excel skillsProblem-solving mindset and ability to handle operational challengesAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentGrowth & Exposure:Opportunity to work closely with operations and cross-functional teamsExposure to experience management, process improvements, and working with data (surveys, feedback, simple reporting)Gradual ownership of initiatives based on performance
