The Role:follow-up of newly joined couriers during their first 30 days.The role focuses on attendance tracking, communication, data follow-up, and field support to ensuresmooth onboarding and operational readiness. Job Code :2026OPER-131 Key Responsibilities:Follow up daily attendance and sign-off for new couriers through sheets and tracking toolsMonitor onboarding WhatsApp groups and ensure daily compliance (hub check-in location & end-of-day confirmation)Act as first-line support for couriers during their first monthEscalate critical issues (cash discrepancies, repeated absence, operational risks) to Fleet Onboarding SupervisorConduct field visits to hubs when required to assess onboarding status and commitmentCoordinate with Hub Supervisors to validate courier attendance and engagementMaintain and update onboarding trackers accuratelyPrepare brief daily and weekly status reportsSupport enforcement of onboarding SOPs and guidelinesRequirements : 1 Year experience in operations, fleet, logistics, or field coordinationGood communication and follow-up skillsComfortable using Google Sheets, Forms, and WhatsAppWilling to work in the field when neededAttention to detail and problem-solving mindsetPrevious experience in last-mile operations is a plus
