Position As the Fleet Manager, you willManage and oversee all fleet operations across the market, ensuring high levels of availability, reliability, and operational efficiencyEnsure compliance with company standards, legal requirements, and EHS policies to guarantee safe and responsible fleet operationsOptimize the total cost of ownership through effective cost control, supplier management, and utilization optimizationLead process improvement initiatives by introducing new tools, systems, and data‑driven insights to enhance planning, reporting, and performance monitoringDrive green mobility initiatives, including low‑emission vehicle adoption, fuel efficiency, and sustainability-related improvements aligned with global targetsRequirementsBachelor’s degree3–5 years of experience in fleet management or a similar fieldStrong background in mechanical and management systemsExperience with fleet operations, supplier management, and cost optimizationStrong analytical, communication, and reporting skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Fluent English and Arabic What To ExpectExpect wellbeing initiatives, flexible work arrangements, growth opportunities, and excellent benefits, including a unique family leave policy.
