Role SummaryAs a LiveOps Team Leader, you are the "Brain of the Fleet." Your mission is to ensure 100% operational transparency through real-time GPS tracking and data monitoring. You aren't just watching screens; you are responsible for detecting violations, enforcing discipline, and designing new operational strategies to boost Captain performance. You will bridge the gap between "what's happening now" and "how we can do it better" by coordinating directly with the Operations Manager.Key Responsibilities Real-Time Surveillance & GPS Governance:Directly supervise the live tracking of the fleet via GPS platforms and telematics tools.Monitor "Live Attendance," route adherence, and unauthorized stops or deviations.Ensure all tracking systems are functional and that every unit/captain is visible on the radar.Performance Optimization & Strategy:Analyze Captain behavior and operational patterns to identify bottlenecks.Strategic Planning: Propose and implement new instructions, regulations, and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) in coordination with the Ops Manager to minimize violations.Develop "Corrective Action Plans" for underperforming captains.Reporting & Violation Management:Generate granular daily, weekly, and monthly reports on:Attendance and Punctuality.GPS-based violations (Over speeding, Idling, Unauthorized detours).SLA (Service Level Agreement) breaches.Maintain a rigorous "Violation Log" and ensure disciplinary actions are applied according to company policy.Incident & Crisis Management:Lead the response to live incidents (accidents, breakdowns, or system downtimes).Ensure rapid communication between the field (Captains) and the back office to minimize downtime.Team Leadership:Coach and mentor LiveOps Coordinators on how to spot anomalies in tracking data.Conduct regular "Performance Review" meetings for the team.
