Businesses can track and connect with couriers and follow up on their orders - all in one system.About The Role : As the Fleet Quality Sr. Manager, you will collaborate with managers and stakeholders to enhance how Bosta applies its houserules. This role requires a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and proactive problem solver who collaborates cross-functionally to develop and execute initiatives that elevate Stars quality and performance.Job Code:NB-2025OPER-028 Job Responisbilities :-Develop Bosta houserules and look into how they’re being applied.-Develop a strategy to tackle fake attempts that a Star would do.-Analyze Stars behaviours and reactions and develop the correct tools and methedologies for elevating the overall fleet quality.-You’ll manage a big team of coordinators who work on these rules on daily basis.-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and streamline stars’ touchpoints, ensuring efficient policies.-Utilize star insights to drive product and service enhancements.-Be an advocate and voice for the star within the organization.-Build and manage relationships with stars.-Provide high-level analysis and reporting.-Report and analyze project results, taking corrective actions when needed.Job Qualifications :-Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.-5+ years of experience of relevant work experience.-Strong analytical skills.-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.-Ability to handle multiple tasks.-Strategic thinking and Team player.-Excellent communication skills.-Identify data discrepancies and issues.-Able to swiftly escalate identified concerns to the relevant teams and channels.
