Contacting and following up on all drivers to ensure that all lines are fully moved on the line start dates by group or by phone.Record the dates of movement and arrival in the follow-up data at the level of each shift and send it to the Operations ManagerCars inspection after arrival, record any observations in the daily follow-up statement, and send reports to the Operations Manager.Record any problems that arise in the sector and follow up their solution in coordination with the Operations Director and send a statement of problems on a daily basis.Supplying cars with fuel at the contacted station, issuing invoices and signing them by the driver, and making the necessary settlements on a daily basis.Recording drivers' attendance with the sector and additional trips on a daily basis to calculate wages.Follow up on the departure of cars until they reach the last station, whether by phone or through the group, and record them in the follow-up report. Suitable education degree.attention to details.Good knowledge of GPS systems and street trips applications. Good computer and internet skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft programs (excel - word - PowerPoint).Excellent performance under pressure.
