- Manage the daily operation of company vehicles and transportation activities.- Supervise and manage all drivers and vehicle operators.- Plan and coordinate vehicle and driver allocation according to site requirements.- Monitor vehicle utilization, availability, movement, and daily operations.- Manage fuel consumption, fuel requests, records, and cost control.- Monitor vehicle documents, licenses, insurance, and renewal dates.- Coordinate vehicle inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs with the Workshop.- Follow up on vehicle breakdowns and minimize downtime.- Maintain accurate records for vehicles, drivers, fuel consumption, mileage, and maintenance.- Monitor the performance, attendance, and discipline of drivers and operators.- Manage operators of agricultural and landscaping equipment, including tractor drivers.- Coordinate the movement and allocation of tractors and agricultural equipment between company sites.- Ensure proper operation and utilization of agricultural equipment.- Prepare regular reports on fleet utilization, fuel consumption, maintenance, and operating costs.- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and traffic regulations.- Handle incidents, accidents, and operational issues related to vehicles and drivers. - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or a relevant field.- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Fleet, Transportation, or Landscaping operations.- Proven experience managing a large fleet and a team of drivers.- Strong experience in fuel management and fleet cost control.- Experience dealing with tractors and agricultural/landscaping equipment is highly preferred.- Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and preventive maintenance procedures.- Experience with vehicle documentation, licensing, insurance, and inspections.- Strong knowledge of GPS/vehicle tracking systems.- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.- Very good command of Microsoft Excel and reporting.
