Key ResponsibilitiesFollow up with client accounts to ensure smooth communication and ongoing relationship management.Support in planning and developing strategies for new and ongoing projects.Coordinate with production companies and external partners to align on project requirements.Schedule and manage meetings, appointments, and project timelines.Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.Prepare and manage emails, reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Ensure all project documentation is organized and up to date.Identify delays or issues and proactively suggest solutions. Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in account management, project coordination, or similar roles.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel).Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
