Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business goalSource, evaluate, and negotiate with local and international suppliers to obtain the bestvalue and quality for materials and servicesManage the end-to-end procurement process, including requisitions, purchase orders, andcontract managementCollaborate with internal departments to understand procurement needs and ensure timelydelivery of goods and servicesConduct market research to identify new suppliers and monitor industry and globalmarket trends, including currency fluctuations and material availabilityMonitor supplier performance and maintain strong supplier relationshipsLead cost-reduction initiatives and improve procurement efficiencyPrepare and present reports on procurement metrics, supplier performance, and projectprogress to senior managementEnsure compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, and legal regulationsCoordinate and track international shipments (Air, Sea, and Land)Manage ACI documentation through CargoX and Nafeza for customs clearanceIssue and follow up on Purchase Orders (POs)Collaborate with production, warehouse, and finance teams to meet operational needs Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in international procurement and import logisticsStrong knowledge of Egyptian import regulations and customs clearance proceduresHands-on experience with CargoX platform and ACI systemExcellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong communication, interpersonal skills and attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in procurement systems and Microsoft OfficeAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentFluent English is a Must
