We are now hiring a Founding Growth Operator / Commercial Systems Manager to turn these assets into a disciplined, working commercial system.The RoleThis is not a social media role.This is not a pure content role.This is not a generic digital marketing role.This is a growth + commercial systems + conversion execution role for someone who can help build and run the client acquisition engine behind a premium advisory business.Your job is to help Cognessa:attract the right leadsqualify them properlyroute them into the right offerimprove conversionbuild a cleaner, faster, more disciplined pipelineYou will work across growth, funnel execution, CRM, outbound, offer packaging, and conversion improvement.What You’ll Own1) Commercial Funnel ExecutionTurn existing offers, pages, and assets into a clearer acquisition and conversion systemImprove the path from traffic / lead to advisory conversation, proposal, and paid engagementReduce friction across landing pages, forms, follow-up, and handoff2) CRM & Pipeline OperationsImprove and manage CRM structure, stages, tags, and follow-up workflowsEnsure leads are routed, tracked, and followed up consistentlyImprove visibility over pipeline health, response times, and next actions3) Lead Generation & Demand CaptureBuild and run practical lead-generation activities across channels such as LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals, partnerships, and targeted campaignsHelp identify which channels are producing qualified conversations rather than noiseSupport growth experiments and approved campaign tests where commercially justified4) Conversion & Offer OptimizationImprove landing pages, offer pages, CTAs, and lead capture logicHelp sharpen offer packaging and conversion flow around advisory, readiness, workshop, and productized consulting offersSupport proposal follow-up and commercial momentum5) Reporting & Commercial DisciplineProduce disciplined weekly reporting covering:lead generation activitylead sourcesfunnel and pipeline performancebooked calls / advisory conversationsproposal activitypipeline statuskey bottlenecks and recommended actionsFirst 30 Days: What We ExpectWe are not hiring for a slow ramp.Within the first 30 days, we expect this role to deliver a clear operational push, not just observations.By the end of the first month, you should have:1) A clear commercial audit of the current setupReview and assess:public website and digital presencelead capture and inquiry flowscommercial infrastructurecurrent offers and conversion pathscurrent acquisition effortskey friction pointsAnd present a practical view of:what is workingwhat is weakwhat is confusingwhat should be fixed first2) A tightened funnel and routing logicClarify and improve the path from:lead → inquiry / assessment → follow-up → advisory conversation → proposal / offer3) CRM and follow-up discipline in motioncleaner lead stageslead ownership / next-step claritybasic follow-up workflows runningreporting visibility in place4) Early demand-generation execution liveNot theory.
