If you're driven by purpose and motivated to make an impact, we'd love to have you on our team.Purpose of the RolePerform a variety of financial activities including budgeting, forecasting, building financial models, assisting with financial planning, performing research and analysis, preparing reports, and assisting with close processes.Key Responsibilities:Preparing monthly analysis on key financial statement accountsReview and analyze P&L’s and general ledger account balances to ensure accuracy of financial statementsAssisting with budgeting and monthly close processes.Analyzing budget and forecast and performing variance analysis to explain discrepancies.Building annual budgets and forecasts for business units and consolidating into one master budget.Share in monthly close, analyze monthly results, and provide variance explanationsIdentify opportunities to improve, automate, standardize or simplify finance or business tools and processes.Preparing monthly PPT’s for business review meeting with Ops & managementReviewing operations and recommending new productivity or cost saving initiatives.What We’re Looking For:Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, major in Finance or Accounting.Master’s degree in finance, Accounting or Economics is a plusExperience: 1-3 years of progressive experience and demonstrated growth, preferably in FP&A roles focused on operating expenses and headcount.Experience in the financial sector with previous possible roles such as financial analystExperience with a fast-growing company and a track record of scaling planning, forecasting, and reporting in growth-oriented environmentsProfessional Experience in Microsoft office.Skills: Advanced financial analysis and financial modeling skillsSuperior problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail while delivering against tight deadlinesExtensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patternsProven ability to develop strategic relationships with business partnersLanguages: Advance in English, fully fluent communication and exceptional business writing with proven experience managing executive level communications.
