We're looking for a results-driven freight forwarding senior sales executive to grow our freight forwarding business through new customer acquisition, key account management, and revenue growth across air, sea, land freight, customs clearance, warehousing, and logistics solutions. You'll be a key driver of our commercial growth—building a strong pipeline, closing deals, and managing strategic client relationships.You will be responsible for:Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research, while building and maintaining a strong sales pipelineAchieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsConducting sales visits and presentations, understanding customer logistics requirements, and proposing tailored solutionsPreparing customized logistics proposals and quotations, and negotiating contracts and commercial agreementsDeveloping strong relationships with strategic accounts, identifying cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and ensuring customer retentionPromoting Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, Land Transportation, Customs Clearance, Warehousing, Project Cargo, Cross-Border Transportation, and Supply Chain SolutionsCoordinating with pricing and operations teams to prepare competitive, profitable quotationsMonitoring freight market trends, competitor pricing, and emerging customer needsCoordinating with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new business, and supporting collection of outstanding receivables when neededMaintaining CRM records, preparing sales forecasts and pipeline reports, and submitting weekly/monthly activity reports Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field5-8 years of freight forwarding sales experience, with proven success across air, sea, and land freight salesAn existing portfolio/network of importers, exporters, manufacturers, and trading companiesStrong freight forwarding industry knowledge, including Incoterms and international trade practicesExperience with CRM systems, sales forecasting, and tender managementProficiency in Microsoft OfficeExcellent negotiation and presentation skills, with strong relationship-building capabilityCommercial awareness, a results-driven mindset, and strategic thinking
