Trillium is seeking a dedicated and compassionate French Preschool Teacher to join our vibrant educational community. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about early childhood education and is excited to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement engaging, age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate language development through play, songs, and activities. Foster a positive classroom atmosphere that encourages exploration, social interaction, and a love for learning. Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly to meet the diverse needs of each student. Integrate French language learning with various subjects, promoting a holistic approach to education. Build strong relationships with students and their families, encouraging communication and collaboration. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that promotes creativity and exploration. Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously enhance teaching skills and knowledge of early childhood education. Bachelor’s degree in Education, French Language, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience teaching preschool-aged children, preferably in a bilingual setting. Fluency in French and a strong understanding of early childhood education principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with young learners and their families. Creative and patient approach to teaching, with a passion for fostering children’s development. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
