Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Fresh Agent in Real Estate. The selected candidate will assist clients in identifying suitable properties, provide property tours, and negotiate and close sales. Daily responsibilities include maintaining up-to-date knowledge of available properties, building and nurturing client relationships, and staying informed about market trends and opportunities. The role involves active client support and collaboration with team members to ensure customer needs are met effectively. Qualifications Basic knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property or a willingness to learn about the industry.Excellent Customer Service skills and a client-focused mindset.Sales experience or strong communication and negotiation abilities.Possessing or willing to obtain a Real Estate License.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to tasks and the ability to work in a team environment.Highly organized and capable of managing multiple clients and properties simultaneously.Proficiency in English; additional language skills are advantageous.Bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus but not required.
