Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Zürich Metropolitan Area. Fresh Agents at Red Collaboration will manage client interactions, support real estate marketing efforts, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of ongoing projects. Tasks include delivering tailored solutions to clients, coordinating with partner companies, assisting with sales strategies, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the client journey. The role emphasizes professionalism, excellent communication, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building client relationships and working effectively in a team settingOrganizational and multitasking abilities to support sales activities and client project managementProblem-solving and attention to detail to address client needs effectively and ensure seamless project executionProficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with other business tools used in real estate and marketingAdaptability and eagerness to learn about new projects and industry trendsPrevious experience in sales, marketing, or the real estate sector is an advantageFluency in English; additional language skills are a plusBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
