Role Description This is an on-site, full-time position for Fresh Sales Agents based in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The role involves actively engaging with clients, guiding them through real estate offerings, and supporting them in making informed purchasing decisions. Responsibilities also include building relationships with potential customers, providing excellent customer service, maintaining a robust understanding of market trends, and meeting sales targets effectively. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively.Demonstrated capabilities in Sales skills to drive results and close deals.Foundational understanding or experience in Insurance or related industries is a plus.Willingness to participate in ongoing Training programs to develop skills and stay updated on market trends.Motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of thriving in a competitive, fast-paced environment.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
