This role combines customer service, community engagement, administrative coordination, and communication to ensure a seamless experience for Coworker members and visitors.Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Customer ExperienceWelcome members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly mannerAct as the primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and supportEnsure a positive customer experience and maintain a welcoming atmosphere within the spaceSupport the onboarding process for new members and guestsHandle workspace and meeting room inquiries and follow up with potential customersOperations & Booking ManagementManage meeting room and workspace bookings and maintain accurate booking recordsCoordinate schedules to ensure smooth daily operationsTrack inquiries, leads, and pending bookings through organized reporting toolsSupport the planning and execution of events, meetups, and community activities when requiredCommunication & Marketing SupportRespond promptly and professionally to WhatsApp, social media, and other customer inquiriesAssist with customer communication across multiple channelsSupport the promotion of events, workshops, and community initiativesCapture basic content during events and assist with community engagement activitiesEscalate partnership opportunities or critical customer issues to the relevant stakeholdersFacility Management & ReportingMonitor the overall presentation, cleanliness, and functionality of the spaceIdentify and report maintenance or operational issues related to internet, furniture, air conditioning, supplies, or customer experienceCoordinate with suppliers and service providers when necessaryPrepare regular operational and maintenance reportsCommunity EngagementSupport the growth and engagement of the Coworker communityEncourage participation in events and ecosystem activitiesGather customer feedback and share insights to improve the member experienceRequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFluency in Arabic and English, both written and spokenExcellent organizational and multitasking abilitiesCustomer-focused mindset with a professional and positive attitudeAbility to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environmentProficiency in Google Workspace tools, including Google Sheets and Google DocsInterest in startups, coworking spaces, events, or community building is an advantageIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is organized, proactive, responsive, and people-oriented, with the ability to represent the Coworker brand professionally while delivering an outstanding customer experience and supporting smooth daily operations.LocationCoworker — Heliopolis, Cairo
