Job PurposeThe Front Desk Administrator - Geely will act as the initial point of contact for all visitors and customers related to Geely brand at Abou Ghaly Motors. This role requires excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills to provide a welcoming and efficient front desk experience. The successful candidate will manage customer coding, update customer data, assist with inquiries, prepare reports, and ensure smooth operation of the front office specifically for Geely operations.Responsibilities:Welcome and assist customers and visitors related to Geely brand professionally and courteouslyProvide accurate information and address inquiries from customers and visitorsMaintain and update the Geely customer database ensuring precision and completenessManage the reception area for Geely, ensuring a clean, organized, and professional environmentSupport administrative duties such as filing, reporting, and communicating with other departments as neededRequirementsBachelor's degree in any relevant fieldPrevious experience in front desk, administrative support, or customer service preferredExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environmentProfessional demeanor and appearanceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations
