Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Manager located in Qesm El Sheikh Zaid. The Front Desk Manager will oversee daily front desk operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Responsibilities include managing receptionist duties, coordinating reservations, addressing inquiries, and maintaining smooth communication with clients and internal teams. The role will act as the first point of contact for visitors, ensuring an exceptional experience from arrival onward. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure a premium guest experience Experience in Receptionist Duties and managing administrative tasks Excellent Communication skills for interacting with clients, visitors, and team members Proficiency in handling Reservations and managing schedules efficiently Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Attention to detail with problem-solving aptitude Proficiency in using office software and tools Experience in hospitality or a client-facing role preferred
