ResponsibilitiesClient Communications· Greet and welcome clients warmly and in a friendly manner· Provide comprehensive information about the clinic's services, treatments, and products· Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide basic information to callers· Handle client complaints or issues professionally and escalate if neededAppointment Management:· Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently· Ensure optimal use of time and resources for appointment scheduling· Coordinate with other staff members to ensure smooth operations and efficient client flow· Record-Keeping and Payment Processing:· Manage client records accurately and keep them up-to-date on the ODOO System· Process payments, handle cash transactions, and maintain a balanced cash registerSales:· Stay updated with the latest offers, beauty trends, treatments, and products· Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics set by the companyQualificationsProven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant positionFamiliarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)Knowledge of office management and basic bookkeepingProficient in English (oral and written)Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)Strong communication and people skillsGood organizational and multi-tasking abilitiesProblem-solving skillsCustomer service orientationWork Location: Nasr City
