Job Summary:Responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience by managing reservations, handling check-in/check-out processes, and ensuring all guest needs are met in alignment with Lemon Spaces standards.Key Responsibilities:Welcome guests professionally, ensuring a warm and positive first impression.Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.Verify guest payment methods and ensure all required data is accurately recorded.Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring satisfaction.Maintain knowledge of room types, rates, availability, and promotions.Assist guests with information about facilities and nearby points of interest.Assign rooms and inform guests about available services and offers.Update and maintain reservation systems and inventory records.Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.Handle guest communications (messages, emails, etc.) accurately and timely.Ensure billing processes are completed according to company standards.Act as a liaison between guests and external service providers.Maintain daily logbooks and ensure proper shift handovers.Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor degree in any relevant fieldFresh grads can applyExcellent English levelStrong communication and interpersonal skillsCustomer service orientationAttention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks under pressureProblem-solving and conflict resolution skills
