Front Desk Agent - Job Description- Job PostJob Title: Front Desk Agent Company: Osool Residence Location: Mivida, New CairoJob PurposeAct as the main communication hub for guests and clients by handling inquiries, bookings, and follow-ups through calls, emails, and walk-ins, while ensuring a smooth and professional guest experience.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle all guest communication channels (calls, emails, walk-ins, and online inquiries) Manage booking requests, confirmations, and follow-ups with potential and existing guests Respond promptly and professionally to all inquiries with a focus on conversion Follow up on leads and reservations to maximize occupancy Handle guest requests and escalate issues to the Guest Experience & Quality Manager when needed Maintain accurate guest records, bookings, and communication logs Ensure a professional and welcoming front desk presence at all times Coordinate with internal stakeholders through proper channels (not direct operational handling) Requirements2–4 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk roles Excellent command of English (spoken and written is a must) Strong communication and follow-up skills Presentable and professional demeanor Ability to handle multiple communication channels efficiently Sales-oriented mindset (ability to convert inquiries into bookings is a plus)Send your CV to info@osoolresidence.com.
