In this role, you will be the backbone of our front desk operations, managing room inventory, coordinating guest services, and ensuring seamless check-in and check-out experiences. You will work collaboratively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to optimize room availability and maintain exceptional guest satisfaction. This position requires someone who is organized, efficient, and committed to delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced hotel environment.Manage front desk operations, including guest check-in, check-out, and room assignmentsMonitor room inventory and occupancy status using hotel management systemsCoordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness and maintenance schedulesProcess and manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations accuratelyAddress guest inquiries and resolve room-related issues promptly and professionallyMaintain accurate administrative records and documentation related to room assignments and guest informationCommunicate effectively with guests regarding room availability, amenities, and hotel servicesEnsure compliance with hotel policies and procedures regarding room management and guest servicesAssist with special requests and coordinate additional services for guestsSupport the front desk team during peak hours and busy periodsGenerate reports on room occupancy, maintenance issues, and operational metricsQualifications2+ years of experience in front desk operations or hotel managementProficiency with hotel management systems and room management softwareStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentProblem-solving abilities and attention to detailProfessional demeanor and customer-focused mindsetAbility to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsKnowledge of hotel operations and guest service standardsMultilingual capabilities (Arabic and English required; additional languages a plus)Preferred: Experience with multiple hotel management platformsPreferred: Experience in conflict resolution and guest complaint managementAdditional InformationYour team and working environment:• A passionate and inspired team that creates unique experiences for all they meet.• We recognize and celebrate our team and individual success Hotel Overview: Overlooking one of Cairo’s most beautiful Nile views, Nile City Towers complex is a business destination claim to Egypt’s corporate success.
