This combination of educational and professional services creates a dynamic environment where learning, creativity, and food innovation come together.Role Description The Front Desk Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at the cooking school in New Cairo. This role is responsible for welcoming students, guests, and business clients, ensuring a positive and professional first impression. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, managing reservations and class bookings, and handling check-in and check-out procedures. The Front Desk Specialist will maintain accurate records, update schedules, process payments, and provide information about classes, services, and facilities. The role also involves coordinating with instructors and kitchen staff, managing incoming mail and deliveries, and keeping the reception area organized and presentable.Key Responsibilities:Welcome and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy.Answer, screen, and direct phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and manage conference room bookings.Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.Provide administrative support to different departments when required.Manage visitor registration and maintain accurate visitor logs.QualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent) is required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional appearance and a customer-focused attitude.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).Previous experience in a reception, front desk, or customer service role is preferred.Fluency in English is required.What We OfferCompetitive salary and benefits package.A supportive, collaborative, and professional work environment.Opportunities for learning, career development, and growth.
