Role OverviewThe Front Office Administrator is the first point of contact for visitors and employees while providing administrative support across all departments of El Gouna Film Festival (GFF). This role ensures smooth front office operations, coordinates daily administrative tasks, and supports internal teams in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome visitors, guests, and partners, and manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.Provide administrative support to all GFF departments.Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting logistics.Prepare, organize, file, and archive documents and reports.Manage office supplies, courier services, and general office administration.Coordinate travel, accommodation, and other administrative arrangements when required.Support HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments with administrative tasks.Maintain organized records while ensuring confidentiality.Assist with office coordination and day-to-day operational needs.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.1–3 years of experience in an administrative, receptionist, or front desk role.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.SkillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilities.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Professional, proactive, and customer-focused.High attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.About Elgouna Film FestivalEl Gouna Film Festival, founded in 2017, is one of the leading festivals in the MENA region.
