We are hiring a highly professional Front Office Executive to join a premium training and workspace facility.This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering an exceptional client experience and can confidently manage front office operations in a dynamic, client-facing environment.You will be responsible for:Delivering a high-end, professional experience to clients from arrival to departureManaging bookings and operating the internal system with accuracy and efficiencyHandling incoming calls and scheduling appointments professionallyActing as the main point of contact for clients and handling inquiries with confidenceAnticipating client needs and ensuring a smooth and comfortable experienceResolving issues quickly while maintaining a high level of professionalismCoordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless daily operationsPerforming administrative tasks (printing, scanning, document organization)Contributing to enhancing service standards and overall customer experienceThis role offers a clear career growth path into a supervisory positionWorking hours: 8 hours (Rotational shifts)Days off: 1 day off (Rotational)Candidates should preferably be residents of 6th of October or Sheikh Zayed Very good command of English (spoken and written)Previous experience in a customer-facing role (hospitality, co-working spaces, training centers is a plus)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and presenceAbility to handle clients professionally, including under pressureHigh level of organization and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to quickly learn and use booking/management systemsExperience using CRM systems is preferredReliable, committed, and detail-orientedLeadership potential and a strong willingness to grow
