The Front Office Receptionist will welcome guests, manage check-in and check-out procedures, and ensure a smooth and professional front desk experience. Responsibilities include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, coordinating with housekeeping and other departments, and maintaining accurate guest records. The role also involves handling reservations, processing payments, and addressing guest needs and concerns promptly.
